Time spent with a client prior to the photographic session is essential. I will never understand how anybody can expect to get a professional portrait from the many in-store set-ups, with clients queuing for their five minute sitting.

For me, there has to be a mutual trust and understanding between the photographer and client; lets call it chemistry.
